Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or limit an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational reasons. Any eligible amount already paid will be refunded.
Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before order placement. Promotions may have separate eligibility, minimum-spend, date and product restrictions and cannot be combined unless stated.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that disrupts the service.
Website content and permitted use
Zeel branding, photographs, product descriptions, designs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping only and must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the service.
Product information and liability
We work to present colours, measurements and availability accurately. Device displays and handcrafted or fabric variations may cause small differences. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
General terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Delayed enforcement is not a waiver. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction permitted by law.
