How to measure
- Bust: measure around the fullest part while keeping the tape level.
- Waist: measure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tightly.
- Hip: measure around the fullest part of the hips.
- Length: measure from the indicated shoulder or waist point according to the product chart.
Product-specific size charts
Where a manufacturer or product-specific chart is displayed on the product page, it takes priority over any general guide. Measurements may describe the body or the finished garment; check the chart heading and unit before choosing.
Choosing the right size
- Compare all relevant measurements, not only the usual letter size.
- For a relaxed silhouette, choose the size based on the intended fit shown on the product page.
- For structured or non-stretch fabric, prioritise the largest relevant measurement.
- For co-ord sets, compare both top and bottom measurements.
Because returns and exchanges must be requested within 2 calendar days after delivery, review the size chart before ordering and try the garment promptly after receipt without removing tags.
Size, SKU and barcode labels
Each available size is a separate product variant with its own SKU and internal barcode. When contacting us or requesting an exchange, quote the size and SKU printed on the price tag so the exact variant can be identified.
Need fit assistance?
Body measurements differ from finished-garment measurements, and small production tolerances can occur. Contact customer care before ordering when fit is uncertain.
