Return and exchange window
An eligible item must be requested within 2 calendar days after the delivery timestamp recorded against that shipment. Eligibility is assessed per order item using the policy captured when the order was placed. Requests received after the applicable window may not be accepted.
Eligibility conditions
- The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered and free from perfume, marks or damage.
- Original price tags, internal barcode label, accessories and packaging are intact.
- The product, size and SKU match the delivered order item.
- The product is not marked final sale, non-returnable, customised or hygiene-sensitive.
Items that fail quality inspection may be rejected and reverse or reshipping charges may apply.
Pickup and verification
Start the request from your order details where available, or contact us with the order number, item, reason and photographs. Once approved, a reverse shipment and reverse AWB may be created. The courier scans the reverse-shipment label at pickup; after receipt, our team verifies the SKU or internal product barcode, size, quantity and condition before approving the resolution.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved prepaid refunds are returned to the original payment method. Approved COD refunds may require verified bank or UPI details. Original shipping, COD and convenience charges may be non-refundable unless the delivered item was incorrect, damaged or defective.
Exchanges depend on replacement-stock availability. An approved exchange creates a replacement shipment. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store-credit option may be offered.
Wrong, damaged or defective item
Report the issue as soon as possible and within the 2-day window, with clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, internal product tag and affected item. A continuous unboxing video is mandatory when reporting a wrong, damaged or defective item. The video should clearly show the sealed outer package, shipping label, opening of the package and the item received. Keep all packaging until the request is resolved.
